These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Heart to Hand Gifts website and services. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. Heart to Hand Gifts reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Use of Website
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, product descriptions, and designs, is the property of Heart to Hand Gifts and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
Visitors may browse this website for personal and non-commercial use only.
Orders
Orders may be placed through the website or via direct communication such as email or WhatsApp.
All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that an item is unavailable, Heart to Hand Gifts reserves the right to substitute the item with a similar product of equal value where necessary.
Once an order has been confirmed and preparation has begun, it may not be cancelled.
For customised or branded orders, additional preparation time may be required.
Heart to Hand Gifts reserves the right to decline or cancel any order if necessary. If payment has already been made, the customer will receive a full refund.
Payments
Full payment is required before orders are prepared or dispatched unless otherwise agreed.
For large corporate or customised orders, a deposit may be required before production begins. The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or collection.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Many of our gift boxes are customised or curated specifically for the customer.
For this reason, personalised or branded items cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details provided at the time of ordering are accurate.
Delivery
Heart to Hand Gifts offers nationwide delivery within South Africa.
Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and delivery location. While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, Heart to Hand Gifts cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Deliveries take place on weekdays only (Monday to Friday) and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Heart to Hand Gifts cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the courier or collected.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, the customer must notify Heart to Hand Gifts within 24 hours of receiving the delivery and provide clear photographs of the damaged product so the issue can be investigated and resolved.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- The product is unavailable
- The order is cancelled before preparation begins
- The product arrives damaged or incorrect
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable time period.
Privacy
Heart to Hand Gifts respects the privacy of all customers.
Personal information collected for order processing may include name, contact number, email address, and delivery address. This information will only be used to process orders and arrange delivery.
Customer information will never be sold or shared with third parties, except where necessary for delivery services.
Limitation of Liability
Heart to Hand Gifts makes every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations may occur depending on product availability.
Heart to Hand Gifts will not be held responsible for any indirect damages, losses, or delays resulting from courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products will fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts.
Alcohol Products
Some gift boxes may contain alcoholic beverages. In accordance with the laws of the South Africa, no alcohol will be sold or supplied to persons under the age of 18.
By placing an order that includes alcohol, the customer confirms that they are 18 years of age or older. Heart to Hand Gifts reserves the right to request proof of age before processing or delivering any order that contains alcohol.
Alcohol products may only be delivered to a recipient who is 18 years or older. If the recipient is unable to provide proof of age upon delivery, the courier may refuse to hand over the item.
Food Allergies & Product Ingredients
Some gift boxes may contain food products such as chocolates, sweets, biscuits, nuts, or other edible items.
While we take care in selecting quality products, Heart to Hand Gifts cannot guarantee that food items are free from allergens, including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, or other ingredients.
Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should review product descriptions carefully and contact us before placing an order if they require ingredient information.
Heart to Hand Gifts cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or health issues resulting from the consumption of products included in our gift boxes.
